These weeks are the last weeks of school. So for me, as a teacher, this means lots of work and no play. Every now and then I am in a desperate need of an energy boost and since I can't keep sipping coffee I needed something else. This smoothie is an excellent energy booster. It's sweet and kind of healthy and it contains peanut butter (!!). Here's the recipe, enjoy!
Ingredients:
200 ml almond milk
1 banana
cacaonibs (1 tbsp or more)
1 tbsp peanutbutter (or more)
8 ice cubes
Blend it all, serve in a nice jar and enjoy!
You can use crunchy peanut butter for more crunchiness.
