This month you can go and cook every Thursday evening at Balaban, Roeselare. Lessons are provided by Thomas, owner of
Ferm Food Catering. Last week we made Asian cuisine. I discovered this amazing peanut sauce that works amazingly on fries as well. Like I said before, I enjoy these workshops because you get to learn a lot and even if you don't you get to learn a lot of new people and tend to have very interesting conversations about veganism.
