Vegetables for breakfast? I admit, at first I thought it a bit funny as well. But having veggies for breakfast is quite good for you! Especially when we're talking veggies such as spinach. Here's the recipe for the green breakfast smoothie I made this morning:
Ingredients:
2 cups of spinach leaves
1 green apple
Half a melon
1 tsp spirulina (optional)
Blend everything.
