Ghent has a new vegan hotspot, Le Botaniste. Originally by Le Pain Quotidien, this new restaurant serves all organic, all vegan food. Also, they try to be as sustainable as possible, by using biodegradable cutlery for example. And best part, they're totally not expensive. Dear Botaniste, I found myself a new favourite restaurant!

Yummm! Een etentje daar staat al in de agenda! Ik ben benieuwd...
ReplyDeleteFieke en ik zijn er gisteren ook gaan eten! Ik vond het heel lekker, maar de porties waren wel wat aan de kleine kant (allez, voor mij toch). Ook spijtig van het wegwerpservies en -bestek :-(
